Happiest countries in the world: Germany is slipping massively – Italy is only in 41st place. According to the report, Finland is the happiest country for the seventh time.
The largest countries are no longer among the happiest 20 - the USA also went down: 23rd place instead of 15th place. There is a difference of around 6 points on the average happiness scale between the happiest and the unhappiest. Afghanistan (1.7) and Germany has a value of 6.7 on the scale.
