Duke and Duchess of Sussex signed a substantial contract with Netflix in 2020. They have already developed three projects with the platform, including a documentary.

The couple have now launched two new non-fiction projects. One will be a cooking series and the other a documentary about polo, one of the prince's favorite sports. The projects come after Invictus, a documentary they created about the Invictu Games in August 20, and Lead To Lead, a series of profiles of international leaders such as Judge Baderburg or activist Greta Gerwig, which was released in December. The dukes' agreement with Spotify was broken in June 2023, when their agreement was estimated at around $20 million, but Spotify said they expected more from the couple than what it offered them. The Duke and Duchess have settled in California for four years, and have decided to continue developing the contract they signed with Netflix that they signed in 2020, when they left England for California. They will, therefore, be the fourth and fifth projects they carry out together with Netflix.
