A man was indicted and imprisoned Wednesday evening for the murder of a 38-year-old man on Monday in Moriani-Plage (Haute-Corse), the Bastia prosecutor said. The man, not particularly known to the authorities, was indicted for intentional homicide and placed in pre-trial detention, he added.
The emergency services had treated this person with a “throat wound likely to correspond to the use of a firearm” but, despite the care provided, this 38- year-oldMan had died.
