In the previous weeks, the man had been reported by some passers-by as committing obscene acts in his car outside another Milanese nightclub. The prosecutors of the V Department and the agents of the Fourth Section of the flying Squad reconstructed what happened on the night of the violence through the analysis of the images of the video surveillance systems and with biological investigations.
