The house, of 110 square meters, is on a platform that allows it to be raised 20 meters in the air and can rotate 360 degrees. Annunzio Lagomarsini was a retired builder who had good knowledge of structures and engineering.
He built it using recycled materials from buildings and naval shipyards and changed the design on the fly. He lived in the house, together with his wife, between 1994 and 2018, when the brilliant builder died. And his house is still there.
