He ran over and killed a 15 year old, 2 years and 6 months old US soldier. Pordenone Court sentenced the 21-year-old American soldier, Julia Bravo, on duty at the USAF Base in Aviano.
The sentence was suspended. In recent months, the compensation agreement was reached through USAF insurance which covers civil liability for American soldiers.
