A 46-year-old driver fired a shotgun this Monday at Buenos Aires police officers. The police officers interceded when the accused (46) hit a 15- year-old girl with his truck.
Traffic forced him to get out of his truck and instead of surrendering, he opened fire. Witnesses recorded the shooting on video. A woman was shot in the shoulder when she was going to school with her minor children, so she was assisted by personnel from the 4C Neighborhood Police Station.
