Germán Pardo (50) settled in 2021 with his wife and three children in Weston, Florida, in the United States. He took over his consulting firm and started an electronic device repair business.

"Rafa" was a merchant all his life. He had five grandchildren (three on Germán's side, two on Leandro's side). His wife is now suffering from depression. They convinced him. "Don't work anymore," they begged him. He said: "Dad stayed a few more minutes in the car crossing out what he had achieved. If he had started right away, perhaps this would not have happened."
