Heavy fighting with militants in Iran: Revolutionary Guards speak of a “thwarted terrorist attack”. 18 attackers and 10 security forces were killed, the Revolutionary Guards said in a statement on Thursday.
The attacks took place on Thursday night (April 4th) on military facilities in the cities of Rask and Chabahar in the province of Sistan and Balochistan. There were reports of heavy artillery fighting on social media even after daybreak. The militant group Jaish al-Adl claimed responsibility for the attack.
