Pope Francis' autobiography, "Life: My Story in History," is published Thursday. In it, he tells what happened when he was hospitalized and admits that he never thought about resigning.

The Pope also reviews his youthful loves, the coup in Argentina and his health. He defines abortionists as "hired killers" while opening up "legal coverage" for homosexual couples who "live the gift of love" and says he will never watch television again. He also says that as a Jesuit he would have liked to be a missionary in Japan.
