Homes of famous people open to the public on April 6-7 - Arts Culture and Style. 129 historic abodes in 17 regions will welcome visitors, including the house in Tuscany where Michelangelo was born.
The initiative, organized by the national association 'Casedella Memoria', is sponsored by Icom Italy and the cultureministry. "In the year of the seventh centenary of the death of the great traveler and narrator Marco Polo, it will be an opportunity to focus collectively on a fascinating topic," says president of the association.
