Gabriel Attal has prescribed a new “supply shock” to help Housing. It announces a series of measures to facilitate and simplify the housing market.
The first concerns a theme dear to the Prime Minister: simplification. Second line of work, Gabriel Attal wants to encourage the construction of more social housing. How? By giving more hand to mayors, in particular “for the first allocation of new housing built in their municipality”. This new latitude should push them to build more to meet the demands and housing needs of their constituents.
