Residents of Saint-Herblain mobilized against the arrival of a Roma integration site. The Council of State ruled in their favor on February 23.

The site was intended to accommodate 15 mobile homes for Roma families. The first provisional decision was rendered in July - pending the judgment on the merits - but residents took it to court, after an appeal was rejected by the town hall, despite their attempt to delay the start of the work by an amicable appeal by town hall. The town is home to almost a quarter of the city's Roma population, around 700.
