Arriving in Monaco, on the shores of the Mediterranean, is like arriving in a small world that is unlike anywhere else. The city-state would like us not to see it only as a wealthy real estate paradise, in which wealthy retirees from all over the world come to settle. Nor as a State that pays little attention to financial flows whose image is also associated.
