Paseo 55 is the tallest residential building in Paraguay. It will be part of the Top Ten of the tallest towers in the Southern Cone.
The start of works is scheduled for April 2024, and the delivery of the finished units is expected in the first half of 2028. The building will have two, three and four bedrooms with their own areas ranging from 98 m² to 412 m². It is located in the center of the Paseo La Galería, the largest commercial and corporate complex in the country.
