The new illy Art Collection was created by four Latin American artists selected by the curator, Adriano Pedrosa. The collection was introduced this morning in the prestigious setting of the Procuratie Vecchie in Piazza San Marco, in the presence of the CEO of illycaffè, Cristina Scocchia, the president of the Biennale, Pietrangelo Buttafuoco, and Pedrosa himself.

The rooms of the procuratie were transformed into real sets, set up based on the representations of the four collectible cups. The new illy Art Collection is dedicated to those who are foreign or distant. It promotes, through the language of contemporary art, the different forms of dialogue and inclusion, which range from respect for the roots and culture of all. The 'fil rouge' of the 2024 Biennales 'Foreigners everywhere' looks at the theme of dialogue, inclusion, and dialogue. The exhibition will run until the end of September.
