[HIGHLIGHTS] Important for the preservation of the species: Dolphin Dörte moved to Nuremberg – she meets her sister again

Female dolphin Dörte has moved from Duisburg to Nuremberg Zoo. The animal was closely monitored during transport - everything went smoothly.

For Dörme, this means a reunion with her sister Dolly and her half-sister Donna, who were also born in Duisberg. The polar bears Vera and Nanuq have left the Nuremburg Zoo. For visitors, however, there are three new animals to admire: Dolly, Donna and Sunny the sea lion.
