The Rennes Court of Appeal has ordered the developer FP Lux Wind to compensate 24 residents of three wind turbines in Melgven (Finistère) Since the end of 2015, the blades of the three Kergleuziou wind turbines have been turning and turning tirelessly. The 13 properties, located 515 m to 1,300 m from their site, have been complaining for years of daily visual and sound disturbances.
The company can still contest this judgment, agrees the litigant. But it is a first victory for my clients, who remain hopeful.
