The municipality of Cagnes-sur-Mer (Alpes-Maritimes) signed a convention to facilitate evictions in the event of problems. The nine social landlords of the Maralpine city are among the signatories.Occupations of common areas by children of families, various degradations or disturbances with the neighborhood may be subject to a sanction up to and including rapid eviction thanks to the close collaboration of the prosecutor's office.
The agreement specifies that "correspondents landlord-tranquility-security" will be appointed.
