Inmate from Borgo prison was to be tried this week in Marseille for “criminal conspiracy’ in the context of rivalry between two enemy gangs in Corsica. But the Lithuanian pilot on board the plane he was supposed to take refused to take him on.

Ange-Marie Gaffory, 38, detained at the Borgo remand center in Haute-Corse where he is serving a sentence from the Ajaccio criminal court. Trial postponed to May 29 and 30.
