In southern Ukraine, neighborhoods of the city liberated in November are under water after the destruction of the Nova Kakhovka dam. Nearly 20% of this city of 300,000 inhabitants were flooded after the explosion of the dam on the night of Monday to Tuesday, a hundred kilometers downstream.

In Kherson, for rescue, no GPS can orient oneself, through streets that now look like canals. In the sweltering heat, amid the waste carried away by the current, two volunteers row with all their might.
