In Occitania, these newly Michelin-starred restaurants are not changing the price of their premium menus. The Almandin at the Hôtel de la Lagune in Saint-Cyprien and the Domaine Ribérach de Bélesta Cooperative obtain a star in the Michelin Guide.
The Domaine de Riberach Cooperative resumed service this Friday, March 29. Julien Montassié, 33, is in the kitchen to enhance artichokes, asparagus, first strawberries and peas.
