In Senegal, the pan-Africanist duo Sonko and Faye see themselves coming to power. The two opponents hope for a raid in the first round of the presidential election.

Ousmane Sonko, who was unable to run for president due to a legal conviction, publicly dubbed his runner-up. It is therefore his right arm who now wears the colors of Pastef, the party dissolved by the government last summer, in this Sunday's election. On campaign posters, the two faces appear side by side.
