La Bouquine's Triple Pan Houblon won the gold medal at the 15th Lyon International Competition. A light beer, with its copper color, easy to drink thanks to its low bitterness.

Not to mention its citrus notes, particularly pink grapefruit. The brewery has more than 1,000 points of sale in France where it offers its 16 beer references. It went from a production of 60 hectoliters to nearly 2,500 hectoliter per year. It is now pushing the walls. A new building dedicated to storage should see the light of day before the end of the year, attached to the main site of the brewery which also includes a bar-counter welcoming the public. It will be on starred tables like that of Arnaud Lallement in Tinqueux (Marne), which has won several silver medals in recent years. “Around twenty brewers are established today in the Greater Reims region. We don't have to be ashamed of what's happening. We bring a French touch, and we can be proud of what we offer," says Mathieu Aubert.
