In the old monastery brewery in Steingaden: New local supplier SUPERmarket opened. Currently there are mainly vegetables and fruit from South Tyrol, and South Tyroleans also get their famous “bacon” and cheese from there.

There is also a bakery on board, baking is done in the old oven of the Premer country bakery. There are also other everyday products. For Norbert Thaler, the SUPERmarkt is just a first step towards bringing the old walls back to life.
