A German family who wanted to spend their holidays in a Dutch holiday park ended up staying in a five-star resort in Hurghada, Egypt. The hotel staff became aware of how bad she was feeling via Instagram, and there was a discussion with the staff after she had rated the food negatively. But she was subsequently asked to contact the hotel directly if she had any problems and not to share stories about it on the social media site..
