Alberto Fernández was denounced for misappropriation of public funds. The lawyer Silvina Martínez accuses him along with the former head of Nación Seguros Alberto Pagliano.
The case fell into the hands of Judge Julián Ercolini who will refer it to the Public Prosecutor's Office to evaluate whether or not to promote a criminal investigation.
