In improv theater there are no hierarchies and the basic principles are clearly defined: “There are no mistakes, make your partner look good and say yes to the story” The difference to traditional sampling methods is that the focus is not on a set goal, but on internal development throughout the process. “In this way, we get the other players out of their comfort zone and they overcome shame, while empathy, personal responsibility and quick thinking are promoted”
