The Justice bill should allow an upgrade of investigative techniques to track down offenders. Article 3 of the Justice bill is soon to be discussed at first reading in the Senate.
It provides for the possibility of remotely activating mobile phones in order to geolocate "in real time" but also to listen to and capture images, "without the knowledge or consent of its owner or possessor".
