The UN Security Council is planning a special session after Iran's attack on Israel. The Israeli military has so far intercepted most of the over 200 projectiles fired at Israel.

According to the Magen David Adom (Red Star of David), no Israeli was killed or injured by direct hits from over 200 Iranian drones, cruise missiles and ballistic missiles. The US military was reportedly involved in repelling the attack through its many bases in the Middle East, as was Britain. The commitment to Israel's security is irrefutable, said US President Joe Biden on the night of Saturday to Sunday. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed how to proceed with his inner circle of ministers. There had already been reports in advance about possible counterattack scenarios. This also included an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. A girl was injured when he was hit by debris from an Israeli interceptor missile that had previously destroyed an Iranian missile in the Negev region. Further reports indicate further successful interception operations by the armed forces.
