Police are reportedly looking for pink pajamas that Maddie was wearing at the time of her disappearance 16 years ago. The search operation on Tuesday had to be stopped prematurely at 18:00 due to bad weather conditions.
Officials from Germany, Portugal and Great Britain arrived on Wednesday morning back in the search area not far from the municipality of Silves. The main suspect, Christian B., is said to have been in the region several times. Photos of the reservoir are said to be found on his laptop.
