The Eitting fruit and horticultural association has a flourishing club life. 181 members have been involved in nature since 1984.
The 40th birthday will now be celebrated on Sunday, April 14th with a small internal party. Anyone interested is welcome to the day or open garden gate on June 16th. The community is blossoming in the truest sense of the word: the entrances to the town are planted, herb bushes are tied and sold to the Assumption of Mary. The club is proud of its children and youth group. 40 young gardeners are active in the ‘Frechen Beeren’ They meet once a month and tend to their small garden. Since 2017, the Kirtafest has taken place on the Faltlhausers' farm every two years. There are also spring and fall meetings. Excursions or participation in parades round off club life and the club's holiday program was also very well received. There is a virtual foretaste at www.ogv-eitting.de.
