Italy refuses extradition of Palestinian to Israel due to risk of “cruel, inhumane treatment”. Anan Yaeesh has been detained since January 29 in Aquila, Italy, for his alleged participation in a group that operated in a refugee camp in Tulkarem.
Two other Palestinians were arrested Monday in L'Aquila, suspected of "criminal association for the purposes of terrorism", according to police statement. The three men are suspected of having “planned attacks, including suicides, against civilian and military targets in foreign territory”
