Mattei plan is strategic on the energy front for the whole of Europe, Director General, EC DG Reform, Mario Nava said on Tuesday. The plan launched by the government of Premier Giorgia Meloni to create a new partnership with African countries to address the root causes of irregular migration and turn Italy into a sort of hub for energy supplies.
