Longs-Sillons is a public housing estate in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne) It was built in 1986 by the internationally renowned architect Iwona Buczkowska. The complex is part of the “Ivryan architectural flagship”, but is in need of rehabilitation work.
The city should have been renovated a few years ago, says resident Usah Baggonauth. “When it rains, we walk in the water,” she says.
