Jannik Sinner is the new number 2 in the ATP ranking with his perfect tennis. He was crowned champion at the Miami Masters 1000 after beating the Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov.
The one born in San Candido added his 22nd victory in 23 matches played in 2024. He confirmed that he is a serious candidate - perhaps the greatest - to fight for the leadership of Novak Djokovic. He is the first Italian to win the title of the second Masters 1000 on the calendar, in what was his third final.
