Javier Milei approved the names of the ruling party deputies who will be on the Impeachment Commission. The commission is convened for next Wednesday with the intention of formalizing its formation and appointing its authorities.
Milei gave the green light for it to be chaired by Marcela Pagano, one of the most trusted deputies of the head of state. In recent days, a group of lawyers close to Kirchnerism, including Eduardo Barcesat, Carlos Rozanski, José Manuel Ubeira and Maximiliano Rusconi floated the possibility of moving forward with a request for impeachment.
