Jean-Jacques Vallet is the CEO of the Mauritian luxury hotel group Constance Hotels & Resorts. He has been at the head of the group for 30 years and is now looking beyond the Indian Ocean.
The group has eight properties, more than 3,000 employees and exclusive representatives in Europe, Asia and Africa. The Constance Culinary Festival is an annual gastronomic event that celebrates the richness of Mauritian culinary tradition and the fusion of this with international influences.
