Jubillar affair: investigations will resume after being suspended for more than a month. The Court of Cassation rejected the request for dismissal of the two investigating judges filed by the lawyers of Cédric Jubillar.

The new investigations requested last December by the Toulouse public prosecutor's office at the investigating chamber of the court of appeal will be able to take place, Le Figaro learned from a judicial source. In the meantime, additional investigations concerning last-minute testimonies will be can take place. Two other people should also be heard, the latter having assured that they have “revelations” to make on the Jubilar affair.
