Trump and 18 other accomplices are accused in Georgia of forming a criminal association with the aim of overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election in that state. The charge of criminal association brought forward by District Attorney Fani Willis is the same one that has been used by other prosecutors in the past to break up mafia organizations.
