Julio Garro joins the Government of Javier Milei: he was appointed Undersecretary of Sports. The former mayor of La Plata will be an official of Daniel Scioli.
His relationship with Mauricio Macri was key in the decision. Garro will also be in charge of the presidency of ENARD (National High Performance Sports Entity) He has been working near Scioli for weeks but the officialization was made in the last few hours through decree 249/2024 signed by Francos and President Javiermilei.
