Jura: a suspect indicted and imprisoned after the discovery of a man’s body. A 35-year-old man was indicted for “intentional homicide while clearly intoxicated” and placed in pre-trial detention two days later.
The accused admits to having carried out “fatal blows”, namely intentional violence resulting in death without the intention of causing it. The deceased man was found Monday evening at the home of a young woman, “who is not involved in the facts,” said the prosecutor.
