Federal judge Marcelo Martínez De Giorgi prohibited three defendants from approaching Congress and Cristina Kirchner's house. The prohibition of approach fell on Jonathan Morel, Leonardo Sosa and Gastón Guerra.

They are accused in the case that investigates the group for crimes such as threats and coercion. The representatives of the former vice president also reiterated a proposal to call the businesswoman Rosana Caputo for an investigative statement regarding the possible financing of the Federal Revolution. The complaint had demanded the measure "to avoid being at the mercy of fate once again"
