Militants from the Union of Workers of the Popular Economy (UTEP) gathered this Thursday in front of different supermarkets in the City and the suburbs to demand food. The UTEP carried out its new "empty pots" protest with the slogan "The only need and urgency is hunger" Similar mobilizations occurred in the provinces of Córdoba, Salta, Mendoza and Chaco.
Minister Pettovello went out into the street and confronted the picketers. There she redoubled her announcement that she will attend to the food needs of "the people", without the intermediation of organizations.
