King Charles III of England opens Balmoral Castle to the public for 100 pounds per ticket. Queen Victoria's dream palace, whose walls have witnessed multiple historical milestones in the United Kingdom, can be visited from July.

This is the king's first attempt to bring his heritage closer to the British people. The tours will be for small groups - about 40 people per day - and will cost about 110 euros per head, always including a typical English afternoon tea in the price. But, as with the projections for Buckingham Palace, greater access may mean greater costs.
