Knife attacker in Duisburg stopped by his own father. First he stabbed a nine-year-old girl and then the ten-year old boy.

The two victims were out of danger, a police spokesman said on Thursday night. An arrest warrant has been issued against the 21- year-old for attempted murder. A judge sent the alleged attacker into custody, the police and prosecutors said. Only the yellow police markings remain as a reminder of the knife attack on the two children.
