The huge loan authorization is mostly due to mandatory tasks. Mayor Josef Straßer criticized the chronic underfinancing of the municipalities. According to the plan, the local council will adopt the budget at the April 16 meeting. However, this meeting would probably have to be postponed until at least April 16, the mayor said. The councilors struggled through the proposal for almost two and a half hours.
