The man arrested by the police is not the wanted RAF terrorist Ernst-Volker Staub, as a police spokesman told WDR. He was arrested by mistake and has already been released. It was announced on one of the trains that an explosive device had been found. The train route between the Ruhr area and Cologne is also affected.
