The Lenggries specialist clinic has been closed since August 2023. A new opening by "GRO – Geriatric Rehabilitation Upper Bavaria" is now planned for this summer.
The clinic management is currently still looking for nursing staff and doctors. The sister clinic in Bruckmühl, which runs under the same name, has been open again since the beginning of the year. The chief physician for both locations is Dr. Katalin Radi, specialist in internal medicine and geriatrics. She is “burning” for working with older people. “They deserve to be looked after in the best possible way, that is my great passion,” says the doctor who lives in bruckm Mühl.. The hospital plans to be fully operational with all 60 beds for all patients as soon as health insurance approval has been granted, says the clinic director Johannes Lederer. ‘We want everyone to feel comfortable here and strive to provide good quality care,’ says the chief physician.
