There is no democratic State without a bureaucracy that is at the service of citizens and users. There is no capitalist economy that works well without entrepreneurs and workers investing, producing, consuming and saving.

And there is no true democracy without majorities and minorities alternating in the exercise of government and opposition as determined by the popular will expressed at the polls. Those who fulfill one role today can fulfill the other tomorrow. Each with equal legitimacy. Modern Western societies that reached high levels of development did so by combining the three things : liberal democracy, capitalist economy and responsible state.
